Human (Runner) – Run 4 your lives as you tackle 13 obstacles along a course teaming with Zombies!
Zombie (Chaser) – You have been infected by the living dead virus and your only instinct is to feed on human flesh!
Zombie/Runner – Can’t decide….do both!

Registration – How do I purchase tickets to participate?
It is strongly recommended that you purchase your tickets online prior to the event with the exception of spectators who are welcome to purchase their tickets online or at the gate. Event day tickets may be purchased based on availability and there is no guarantee that you will receive a T Shirt or medal. Please bring a Photo I.D to the event. If you are a minor you will need to bring a human parent or guardian. If you are unable to produce proper identification you will only be able to be an Innocent Bystander (Spectator). Please note we do not offer an “I’m too silly to remember my ID refund/discount”
May I register as a team?
Yes you may register and race as a team. You are encouraged to invite all of your friends, family, and co-workers to run with you. After all, we are talking about saving the Human Race! You may wear team costumes or have your team name on your shirts. Let’s be creative.
Can I receive a discount for being in the military or in law enforcement?
Yes if you are active military or have served in the past or are with law enforcement, please use promo code “service16” at checkout to receive a $5.00 discount on individual registrations…and thanks for your service! Please bring identification and proof of your service to registration the day of the event.
Are there refunds if we have a ticket but can no longer attend?
We do not offer refunds. You can however transfer (give or sell) your ticket.
What about hotel and camping options?

Do you accept credit cards?
Credit cards are accepted for online ticket purchases ONLY, but we do have an ATM machine on site for your convenience.
How old must I be to save the Human Race?
There is no minimum age requirement but all Humans and Zombies under the age of 12 must be accompanied during the race by a parent or legal guardian.
Humans / Runners – How do I save the Human Race?
All Humans will be given a flag football belt with three flags attached. These flags represent your Brain, Heart, and Entrails. You must complete all obstacles and arrive in the Green-zone with at least one of the flags attached. One flag = Human Survivor , Two flags = Super Human Survivor, Three flags = Awesome Human Survivor.
What may I bring and not bring the day of the race?
Survival Gear: You may bring a back pack with a change of clothes, towel, and shoes. We will have a Survival Gear Check Station for your convenience. You may also want to bring a plastic bag to put your wet muddy clothes in after the race. Money: For food, drinks, souvenirs, and parking. There will be an ATM on property for your convenience. The ZFR4L is all about fun! We invite you and your group to be creative with your attire. The most creative and outrageous outfits will be recognized at our Human Salvation Party at the end of the day. DO NOT BRING: animals, weapons, or a bad attitude!
Zombies- What do I wear?
Zombies may bring or wear your best zombified outfit. Zombies may bring a backpack with a change of clothes that can be checked until needed. If you don’t have a zombie outfit we will supply you with an outer layer garment. Professional make up artists will be on hand to give you that “dead” look for a small additional fee. Please to arrive at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled shift if you’d like to be made up.
How long will the Zombies be participating in the event?
Zombies are infected with the Living Dead Virus for about 3 hours. When you are finished spreading the living dead virus, you may hang out at the Human Salvation Party or try your luck running the race as a Human.
Are Zombies actually allowed to touch, bite, or eat the Humans?
Zombies are NOT allowed to touch, bite or actually eat the Humans. They may only grab the Humans’ vital organs (flags)
Do you sell food, beverages and souvenirs?
Yes, we sure do. We have multiple foods and drink options available during the day.
What is included when I register as an Innocent Bystander(Spectator)
Innocent Bystanders receive admission to the Human Salvation Party and the ability to watch, photograph and cheer on friends and family. Transportation will be provided to ideal viewing locations on the course.
